Maybe you are saying things like; nothing in your life is ever going to change or every time you get money the devil takes it away from you or you may be saying things like your family member died of a sickness or disease so will you also. Every time you speak that way, you are giving the devil the upper hand. Remember who you are in Christ Jesus and speak with authority and power. Learn to speak like God commanded Ezekiel in 37:4 and say, “Listen, you big mess in my life, hear the Word of the Lord! Listen, poverty, hear the Word of the Lord! Listen, sickness and disease, hear the Word of the Lord! When you speak like this is all over for the devil. When Jesus was tempted by the devil in the wilderness, Jesus responded each temptation with the Word of God and the devil left Him and angels ministered to Him (Mathew 4:1-11). God can revive things that have been dry in your life. You have been given the voice, mouth and power to speak life to dry situations in your life. Don’t zip the mouth, speak the Word and live in victory all the time. Remember Jesus work on the cross and know that victory belongs to you.

You may feel as if your life is no better than the dry bones described by the prophet in Ezekiel 37:1-4. God showed Ezekiel a pile of dry bones, and asked him if the dry bones could live (Ezekiel 37:3). In other words, God was asking Ezekiel if there can be any life in the dry bones. He then told Ezekiel, to speak to the bones and say “Oh you dry bones, hear the Word of the Lord” (Ezekiel37:4). As you read the remainder of the story, you will find that after Ezekiel had done as God commanded him and prophesied to those dry bones, they came together and they lived (Ezekiel 37;10). All these happened because Ezekiel prophesied God’s Word over a situation that needed to be changed.

What are you saying to a situation that is dry in your life?

Are you speaking the Word of God to the situation or you are you making it more dead and dry?
