Encouragement
The works of Satan are to steal, kill and destroy as described in John 10:10. Satan's works are barely noticeable, he wears down people gradually. One of the ways is by stealing the joy in people and making them feel sorrow. 1 Samuel 1:5-6, Hannah is described as a woman with no child, while her rival Peninnah had children and provoked Hannah. Many people are going through problems in their life which Satan, their adversary, is provoking them that their situation will never change but will continue to remain the same. Jesus encourages us in John 16:33 to be of good cheer, for He has overcome the world's problems. Whatever you are facing in your life right now is temporary. God granted Hannah her request after she allowed sorrow to depart from her heart. Do not allow Satan your adversary to provoke you any longer, begin by believing what Jesus said in John 16:33 to be of good cheer. He has overcome the tribulations, trials and distress of this world. God will remember you today as He remembered Hannah. You are engraved in the palm of His hands.
Be of good cheer, you are more than a conqueror. All things will work out for your good.
